The results for our order from Uptown Ink & Thread came out excellent! The material and quality of items looks great and very comfortable. We purchased multiple items from t-shirts, long sleeves, hats, hoodies, etc. and the turn around was less than 2 weeks with custom fabric, design and stitching. Luis, the owner, was involved every step of the way and very helpful. If he missed your call, he calls you back and responds to emails promptly. It's great to have a local business that has great products and customer service. We definitely will use them again!
I cannot praise Luis at Uptown Ink enough! I had a last-minute order of t-shirts for my family -- too few for a bulk order, in too many sizes, and needed too quickly for online retailers to mail in time. Luis came to the rescue! He even designed the t-shirt and hand delivered the order to my home. As a new mom, having Luis just sort out the logistics made my hormones dance with happiness. His expertise was so needed, and I received the shirts on time, in the correct sizes, and with a beautiful, custom-made logo. Thank you Luis and Uptown Ink & Thread!
